Prashant Bhushan the noted lawyer and former AAP ( Aam Admi Party ) leader interviewed on India Today. In this interview with India Today, Prashant Bhushan said, IAC (India Against Corruption) movement by Anna Hazare was propped up by BJP and RSS.
IAC movement against the current Manmohan government was plan of BJP with Anna Hazare, claims Prashant Bhushan. In an Interview, Prashant Bhushan said he regrets about movement. As the movement made downfall of Congress from 2014 and rise of Narendra Modi.

“In Inside there are two things that I do regret. One is not having seen the moment to a large extent was supported and propped up by the BJP and RSS for their own political gain to bring down the Manmohan Congress government and get themselves in power,” he said.
When asked to explain his statement. He said, “I have not a single doubt about it today.” He, however, said Anna Hazare was “probably not aware of it.”
“But The Arvind (Kejriwal) was aware of it. I have little doubt on that,” he added.
“The second regret I have is not getting Arvind’s character early enough. I understood it too late by which time we had actually created another Frankenstein’s monster,” he further said. Prashant literally said Monster to Arvind Kejriwal as he also gained a big political break after this movement.

Responding to an interview, Twitter people pointed out that it already a known fact. That the movement had the support of the RSS. Yoga master Baba Ramdev, is close to the RSS. It was another hint of the RSS Sangh’s involvement in the movement.
According to a PTI’s report published by India Today on February 6, 2012, the RSS slammed Anna Hazare for failing to acknowledge that its workers had played an “active role” in the movement.
“It is a fact that the Sangh workers in individual capacity performed an active role in the anti-corruption movement. That was fro the civil society headed by Hazare… It baffles me as to why the former did not acknowledge the fact,” RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had told reporters.
Bhagwat had, however, clarified that the RSS was not part of the agitation. Even as it shared similar views and adopted a resoluttion earlier in 2011.
Congress leaders say, ” Told You So”.
As Prashant Bhushan placing on record that the IAC movement supported by the RSS , And Kejriwal propped up by the right-wing organisation. So, after this controversy, Congress leaders said they had been saying this since the time of the agitation.
