Cane Corso Dog Attacked and killed its owner on Gelding Road in Castaic on Friday,

Lt. Dan Wolanski working as a watch commanderr at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station reported an incident

The victim's age was 62-year-old, Robert Stevens and incident took place at around 4pm

“It was an unprovoked attack on one of the owners,” says Detective Scott Matlock, an investigator with LASD Homicide Bureau

Investigator didn't find any signs of abuse or mistreatment on dog

A male cane corso said to be weigh up to roughly 100 pounds, varies with animal's height

There was no abuse of the dog, the dog didn’t have any injuries or anything like that says report
